Mail in Registration

To register by mail you must complete the following steps.

  1. Download all required forms and complete them. These are the registration form, the participation agreement form, and the bond hour form.
  2. You will need 3 copies of the registration form for each child you are registering. One copy is for your tax receipt, one for our club, and one for the league.
  3. 1 copy of the participation agreement for players under 18 and over 18.
  4. 1 copy of the bond hour form with all your families players listed.
  5. 1 check with the total amount for players registered. This can be post dated to March 1 2011

    • Micro  age 4 (born 2007)  $70.00

    • Mini ages 5-10( born 2006-2001)  $110.00

    • Youth ages 11-21(born 2000-1991) $140.00

  7. Family Discount
    First and Second oldest child/ children full fee. Third child $75.00. Fourth player free.
     All cheques are payable to the Wasaga Beach Soccer Club

  8. 1 check for your families bond hours. This can be post dated to September 15 the amount is $75/family.

  9. NEW FOR THIS SEASON All  youth players ages 11-21 must provide a new 2x3 photo this season at registration.

  10. All new players must provide birth verification copy of birth certification.
